A 3D-printed radial ring with a 3.5-centimetre crown, 4 cm tall and 6.43 grams. Dozens of curved, droplet-like stems leave the centre and open like the crown of a coconut palm seen from above, in metallic Acqua.

This form doesn’t exist in metal at this scale. Each stem would have to be soldered one by one, and the whole would weigh over 30 g — enough to make you take the ring off by late afternoon. Printed, it comes out whole, as a single piece, and you forget you’re wearing it.

The form. It’s the modular repetition in 3 layers around an axis that identifies the brand, pushed to the limit of what printing can hold: the stems thin out as they rise, and the gap between them is what gives the movement. From a distance it reads as a solid volume; up close, it’s almost all air. The shadow is part of the design.

What is your ring size?

Measure across the knuckle, not the base of the finger. It’s the most common mistake: people measure the base, order the right size for the base, and the ring won’t go over the knuckle. The ring has to pass the widest point — and that point is the knuckle.

With string or a strip of paper: wrap it around the knuckle at its widest point, mark where it meets and lay it flat on a ruler. That measurement in millimetres is the circumference, and the size chart converts it into a ring size.

Using a ring that already fits: measure the inside diameter, from edge to edge on the inside, in millimetres.

Measure at the end of the day — fingers swell during the day and in the heat. Between two sizes, choose the larger one. And if your knuckle is much wider than the base of your finger, the ring will be a little loose at the base: that’s normal, it’s the price of getting it on.

FAQ

Is it plastic?

It’s PLA, a polymer made from a renewable plant source — it doesn’t come from petroleum. That is what lets a piece with this much volume weigh so little.

If it’s biodegradable, will it fall apart over time?

No. PLA only breaks down in industrial composting, under controlled heat and humidity. In a drawer and in everyday wear, it is stable for years.

How do I know my size?

What if I get the size wrong?

We exchange it once: we print a new piece in the right size, at no cost for the piece. You only pay shipping both ways.

How long does it take?
